FabrianoInAcquarello 2023
Sarah is honoured to be one of only 15 artists selected to represent Scotland at this year’s international watercolour convention FabrianoInAcquarello in Bologna. The Scottish team’s watercolours will be exhibited in Bologna for the conference meeting April 20 – 25 and after that our paintings will be go on display in the beautiful medieval town of Fabriano where the exquisite watercolour papers are made. Due to a Highland wedding, Sarah is unable to attend this bonanza of master demos, workshops and a painting holiday. She does, however, wish the Scottish representatives who can attend a really fruitful festival and is proud to endorse the founding values of FabrianoInAcquarello; no competition and non-profit making, a willingness to share and educate and to train and grow new generations of artists.
